Acceptance of Terms
Continued use of any Mitti-AI product constitutes full acceptance of these terms and our Privacy Policy.
Eligibility
You must be 18 or older and a legal resident of India to use Saathi AI. Use by farmers, agri-businesses, and research institutions is encouraged.
User Responsibilities
Provide accurate soil samples and farm details for valid results. Do not use the device or app for any illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose. Final farming decisions remain solely your responsibility — Mitti-AI provides AI-assisted guidance only. Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or tamper with the Agni hardware or Saathi AI software.
Intellectual Property
All hardware designs (Agni), software (Saathi AI), AI models, brand assets, and website content are the exclusive intellectual property of Mitti-AI (provisionally patented). You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or commercialize any part of our technology without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Mitti-AI provides data-driven agricultural guidance, not guaranteed farming outcomes. We are not liable for crop losses, yield shortfalls, misuse of recommendations, device mishandling, or losses arising from external conditions (weather, pests, market prices). Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the service/device.
Service Availability
We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance windows, connectivity issues, or force majeure events may affect availability.
Account Termination
Mitti-AI reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the platform, with or without prior notice.
Modifications to Terms
We may revise these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be notified via email or in-app.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Odisha, India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhadrak / Bhubaneswar, Odisha. We encourage resolution through mediation before litigation.
