Personal details (name, email, phone on signup), Farm details (soil data, crop type, GPS location), Device & sensor data (Agni telemetry, usage logs, app preferences), Technical data (IP address, browser type, OS for web users).
How We Use Your Data
Deliver accurate soil analysis and AI-powered crop suggestions, Train and improve Mitti-AI's agricultural intelligence models, Send agronomic alerts, seasonal recommendations, and app updates, Comply with legal obligations and government grant reporting (OSHEC/Startup Odisha) where required.
Data Sharing
We never sell your data to third parties. Limited sharing only with: cloud infrastructure providers (under strict data processing agreements), analytics partners for app improvement, government bodies if legally mandated. All partners are bound by confidentiality.
Data Retention
Farm and soil data retained as long as your account is active. Account data deleted within 30 days of deletion request. Anonymized aggregate data may be retained for research.
Data Security
End-to-end encryption for data in transit (TLS 1.3), AES-256 encryption at rest, access restricted to authorized Mitti-AI personnel only, regular security audits conducted.
